Board of Health
(5 YR. TERMS) ending 7/31 of each year. Five (5) member board that meets quarterly or as necessary. County Auditor/Treasurer serves as secretary. The board enforces all laws, rules, and regulations relating to the preservation of the life and health of the people of the county outside the corporate limits of cities. NDCC 23-03-01.
