Social Service Board
(3 YR. TERMS) ending 6/30 of each year. Seven (7) member board of which one or more must be county commissioners. The board meets the 4th Thursday of each month at 3:30 PM in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City/County Building. The County Social Service Board supervises and directs all human service activities conducted by the county including county general assistance or other public assistance. Supervise and administer, under the direction of the ND Dept. Of Human Services, human services in the county which are financed in whole or in part with funds allocated or distributed by the NDDHS. NDCC 50-01.2-03.
