Water Resource Board
(3 YR. TERMS) ending 12/31 of each year. Five (5) member board that meets on the 1st Monday of each month at 8:00 AM located in the City/County Building. The water resource district shall do all things reasonably necessary and proper to preserve the benefits to be derived from the conservation, control, and regulation of the water resources of the district. NDCC 61-16.01-09.
