Absentee Information
Voters must return a completed application to Burleigh County Auditor, PO Box 5518, Bismarck ND 58506 or fax to 701-222-7528.
Upon receiving the completed application, we will send a ballot. Ballots must be returned to our office or postmarked no later than June 11, 2012.

- The general public & UOCAVA voters will use this application.
You are considered a UOCAVA voter if you are a:
- Uniformed ND Resident stationed in another location within ND
- Uniformed ND Resident stationed outside of ND, but within the US
- Uniformed ND Resident stationed outside of the US
- Citizen located outside of the US
