Learn how to create an emergency kit, play Ready Kids games and Prepare with Pedro to learn how they prepare for different situations. Teens can complete a Teen CERT program to help be a leader in their community.

Prepare with Pedro: Disaster Preparedness Activity Book
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the American Red Cross have teamed up to introduce the Prepare with Pedro: Disaster Preparedness Activity Book. Prepare with Pedro is a fun new way for parents, teachers, and community leaders to talk about safety with young children.
The activity book features Red Cross character Pedro the Penguin, who demonstrates how to stay safe during a variety of natural hazards. The activity book is designed to be both educational and engaging for young children, offering safety advice alongside crosswords, coloring pages, matching games, and more.
NetSmartz® Workshop Developed by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, NetSmartz® Workshop is an interactive, educational program about safe Internet usage for kids, tweens, teens, parents and guardians, educators, and law enforcement. The program includes videos, games, activity cards, and presentations to keep people engaged while they learn how to stay safe and protect their loved ones.
